Banna Beach

Banna Beach is situated on the north Kerry coastline and lies approximately 15 minutes from Tralee. It is another beautiful blue flag beach with the kerry mountains in the background, making it a very picturesque setting for a surf lesson. This year Banna strand was voted as the ‘number one’ best in Ireland by the ever popular travel site tripadvisor, so don’t just take our word for it!

Banna faces wnw(west north west) so is wide open to the Atlantic waves. It is a very safe beach and a great place to learn to surf. It is extremely flat so the waves come rolling in at the perfect pace to help your surfing off to the right start.

Banna beach is also a stop on the ‘Wild Atlantic Way’.
